Job summary

Wellworks For You is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be the first line of contact for wellness program participants. This fully remote role handles calls, chats, and emails with empathy and accuracy, while supporting program requirements and incentives.

You’ll work from home with occasional onsite visits in Malvern, PA, manage HIPAA-compliant data, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and participant experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of contact center experience in healthcare or wellness with HIPAA knowledge.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, accuracy-driven work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
• Help participants with account access, incentives, forms, and program requirements.
• Support participants through live chat and email, meeting service targets.
• Resolve concerns, escalating when needed to get things done right.
• Follow up on voicemails and keep detailed interaction records.
• Share trends and feedback to improve processes.
