Job summary

TridentCare is seeking a Part-Time Vascular Dispatch Representative for a remote role, residing within 50 miles of our Columbus OH office. The position involves dispatching nurses, coordinating with field staff, and handling customer service for regional accounts.

The role requires handling 90–130 calls per day, working Saturdays/Sundays 3:30pm–12:00am EST, and maintaining professional communication. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or related experience.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assign Nurses to proper facilities as per schedule.
• Page Nurses for STAT, ASAP and PRIORITY cases.
• Notify Nurses and clients of delays and readings.
• Cross-train into Customer Service as needed.
• Answer phones promptly (within 3 rings).
• Dispatch calls to Tech and manage overflow orders.
• Ensure STAT cases are assigned within 10 minutes of screen appearance.
• Maintain focus on assigned dispatch area while monitoring other activity.
