Job summary

TridentCare is seeking a remote Dispatcher based in the United States, within 50 miles of Carrollton, TX. You will dispatch orders promptly, coordinate with field personnel, and ensure accurate documentation and customer service throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient to expert use of Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to communicate clearly in a busy call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Dispatches all orders for services within fifteen (15) minutes of order entry.
• Oversee that cases are dispatched, picked up and processed according to policies.
• Coordinate with phlebotomists and support teams to ensure timely case completion.
• Maintain detailed written documentation of issues and investigations as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to high-priority requests efficiently.
