Job summary

TridentCare is seeking a Vascular Dispatch Representative for a remote role that must reside within 50 miles of the Columbus, OH office. This part-time position covers Saturday and Sunday 3:30pm-12:00am EST, supporting our mobile vascular nurses and regional accounts.

You will relay case information to field staff, dispatch nurses, and manage high call volumes with professional communication. Training to support customer service tasks is available to ensure timely, accurate patient care.

Qualifications

• Ability to stay composed under pressure when coordinating field staff.

• Willingness to cross-train into a different role if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assign Nurses to proper general areas and facilities per schedule.
• Page Nurses for STAT, ASAP and PRIORITY cases.
• Voice mail Nurses for 4-hour and 2-hour STAT turnarounds.
• Inform clients of delays and coordinate with Supervisors.
• Inform clients of delays after 1 hour for STAT cases; maintain timely updates.
• Cross-train into Customer Service role as needed.
• Answer phones promptly and manage overflow orders.
