Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, dispatch, staffing coordination or similar roles.
• Ability to make a high volume of calls under time pressure, including evenings and mornings.
• Clear, calm, reassuring phone communication with caregivers and clients/families.
• Strong follow-through and ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently, with back office responsibilities during closures.
• Care for seniors' wellbeing and comfort, even when behind the scenes.
• Availability to be on call Friday 4:00 PM to Monday 8:00 AM PT.

Responsibilities

• Shift Coverage Monitoring: monitor caregiver shifts and start replacement process early.
• On-Call Caregiver Outreach: call full on-call list until replacement confirmed.
• Client & Family Communication: inform client with new caregiver details for smooth handoff.
• Arrival Tracking: confirm replacement arrival and follow-up until on-site coverage.
• Shift Documentation: log calls, responses, and arrival times for records.
• Back Office & Administrative Support: weekend point of contact, keep rosters and logs accurate.
