Job summary

Minted is seeking a Remote Wedding Concierge to provide virtual sales consultations for our wedding customers, guiding personalized design choices and generating revenue. You’ll upsell, build relationships, and act as a brand ambassador while delivering a high-touch customer experience.

Reporting to the Manager of the Wedding Concierge Program, you will work weekends/evenings with flexible hours, collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting interactions in our CRM to ensure

Qualifications

• Strong sales orientation and customer focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to guide customers through Minted’s products and services.

Responsibilities

• Host 30-minute consultations to personalize design choices and drive revenue.
• Upsell and cross-sell during consultations to help customers find the best Minted products.
• Act as a brand ambassador and respond to product and order questions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document customer interactions in CRM.
