Zoom seeks a hands-on Technical SEO leader to own the foundation across a multi-platform web ecosystem (Optimizely CMS, WordPress, and custom apps). You will translate search strategy into scalable production solutions, partner with SEO and Website Engineering leadership, and drive automation, governance, and AI-ready SEO capabilities.

The role focuses on crawlability, indexation, rendering, structured data, and Core Web Vitals, with measurable impact on organic visibility and revenue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical SEO or web engineering with leadership on large web estates.
• Hands-on coding in JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS to implement fixes directly in code/CMS.
• Deep knowledge of crawlability, rendering, indexation, and structured data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical SEO roadmap and execution across Zoom’s global web ecosystem.
• Translate SEO/AEO requirements into designs, specs, and production implementations across CMSs and front-end frameworks.
• Own technical solutions for crawlability, indexation, redirects, sitemaps, and structured data across platforms.
• Build reusable SEO capabilities and automation, including metadata services and sitemap generation.
• Drive Core Web Vitals improvements, rendering performance, and image/font optimization.
• Establish governance and standards for SEO implementation across Optimizely, WordPress, and custom apps.
