Partner Company seeks a Web3 Business Development professional to drive growth across the global blockchain security space. You will identify opportunities, connect with founders and executives, and manage end-to-end BD cycles in a fully remote setup.

Ideal candidates have BD experience, strong English communication, and a proactive network in the Web3 ecosystem. The role supports international collaboration from Europe, North America, or UAE regions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in business development, sales, strategic partnerships, or a similar commercial role.
• Fluent English with ability to communicate with international clients and colleagues.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with executives and founders.
• Ability to identify business opportunities, qualify leads, negotiate, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and approach new opportunities across the Web3 ecosystem (DeFi, infrastructure, Layer 1/2, exchanges).
• Build relationships with founders, CTOs, heads of security, and senior stakeholders.
• Manage the full BD and sales cycle from outreach to closing contracts.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Web3 projects, VCs, launchpads, and ecosystem players.
• Proactively identify clients and market opportunities to expand presence.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and ecosystem innovations for new opportunities.
• Gather client feedback and market insights to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with BD and technical teams to translate client needs into security solutions.
