MUST Company seeks a senior Web3 marketer to plan and run our brand at events — conferences, side events, launches and online sessions — turning each into real leads and partners. You set the plan, write the essential copy, and direct freelancers, agencies and AI tools to execute.

You will own event strategy, positioning for asset owners, investors, developers and the crypto community, prepare guest lists, speakers and content, and manage follow-up reports across time zones.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in marketing, including 2+ years leading brand, event or growth marketing for a crypto or Web3 product.
• Experience planning and running Web3 or tech events—conferences, side events or launches.
• Owned product messaging across events, website and social.
• Wrote key copy for invitations, launch posts and threads.

Responsabilidades

• Own event plan, goals and delivery for each event.
• Define positioning for asset owners, investors, developers and crypto community.
• Prepare guest lists, invitations, speakers, content and promotion.
• Coordinate partners, media and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Lead on-day presence or brief others to execute.
• Handle post-event follow-up and reporting with cost and leads.
• Ensure safe messaging on tokens, returns, security and regulation.
• Direct agencies, venues or freelancers to deliver results.
