MUST Company seeks a senior Web3 marketer to plan and execute brand-building events—conferences, side events, launches, and online sessions—turning each into real leads and partnerships. You define the plan, write essential copy, and direct freelancers, agencies and AI tools to deliver results.

The role is independent contractor, remote from the United States or Europe, and paid per event. Work varies by event, from a few days to about a month, with flexible opportunities to grow into extended

Qualificações

• 5+ years in marketing, including 2+ years leading brand, event or growth marketing for a crypto or Web3 product.
• Experience planning and running Web3 or tech events such as conferences or launches with measurable results.
• Ability to craft clear, consistent messaging across multiple events and channels.
• Strong writing skills for invitations, launch posts, threads, and concise event copy.
• Fluency in professional English and async, written collaboration across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and run every event as a standalone initiative from goal to post-event report.
• Define positioning and messaging for each audience: asset owners, investors, developers, crypto community.
• Prepare guest lists, invitations, speakers, content and pre-event promotion.
• Coordinate with freelancers, agencies, and venues to execute events on time and within budget.
• Lead post-event follow-up: capture leads, cost per lead, and results for future improvements.
