This remote-friendly role requires 3–5 years of agency experience in web strategy or digital project management, strong CMS knowledge (HubSpot, WordPress), and the ability to articulate insights to clients and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of agency experience in client-facing web strategy
• Independent ownership of a portfolio of concurrent clients
• Develop wireframes and content outlines grounded in user experience and business goals
• Strong CMS knowledge (HubSpot, WordPress) and web functionality
• Proficiency with design/proto tools (Sketch, Figma, InVision) and project management tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with curiosity about trends

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and client communication for web projects, ensuring alignment between scope, goals, and cross-functional execution
• Conduct website audits using analytics tools and translate findings into actionable strategy
• Develop wireframes and content outlines rooted in user experience and business outcomes
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and other strategists to deliver high-impact digital experiences
• Track site performance and contribute to ongoing optimization recommendations
• Build strong client relationships and help resolve challenges throughout the project lifecycle
