Interactive Strategies is seeking a Web Project Manager in the Washington, DC area who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will manage web retainer accounts, build strong client relationships, and drive project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.

You will craft scope and requirements with clients and internal teams, refine processes with leadership, and collaborate across Strategy, Design, Development, and Content teams to meet client goals.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience managing digital projects in an agency or client-facing environment.
• Experience with content management systems such as Drupal and WordPress.
• Proficiency in Teamwork, Smartsheet, Excel, or similar project management tools for creating schedules, budgets, status reports, and workflow tracking.
• Experience writing functional and technical requirements for web development projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust through empathy and personalized service.
