Aquatic Informatics, a Veralto company, is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive outbound sales in a US/Canada remote territory. You will generate pipeline through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach, qualifying opportunities for Account Executives.

You will join a high-activity team, gain hands-on experience in discovery, qualification, and territory management, and contribute to the growth of a mission-driven water-software business.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a BDR/SDR/Inside Sales or similar outbound role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
• Experience in B2B and/or SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into assigned accounts and territories via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and targeted campaigns to generate qualified pipeline.
• Engage prospects, identify needs and challenges, and conduct discovery to assess solution fit.
• Convert leads into meetings, demos, and opportunities with consistent follow-up.
• Own and manage a defined territory, maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce.
• Track performance against metrics and refine outreach strategy.
• Partner with Account Executives to advance opportunities and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to improve messaging and go-to-market.
