Qualifications

• 1+ years in a BDR/ SDR/ Inside Sales or similar outbound role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
• Experience in B2B and/or SaaS environment.
• Proven success generating pipeline and meeting activity targets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into assigned accounts and territories via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and campaigns to generate qualified pipeline.
• Engage prospects to identify business needs and conduct discovery conversations.
• Convert leads to meetings, demos, and opportunities with timely follow-up.
• Own a defined territory and maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce.
