Job summary

Kurita America, part of the Kurita Group, is seeking an Account Manager in the Water Treatment industry for the Allentown, PA area. This is a hands-on technical sales role, working directly with customers to evaluate and improve their water systems.

The position is based from a home office, covers about a 150-mile territory, with 80-100% travel (mostly within territory). Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 plus an uncapped commission plan.

Qualifications

• Technical Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in water treatment or industrial sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase annual invoiced gross profit by following Kurita Selling Process (KSP).
• Find qualified partners and build trust through engagement.
• Propose customized solutions and close the business to become a long-term partner.
• Support customers with regular water testing, equipment maintenance, and system analysis while communicating results clearly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide an outstanding customer experience.
