Kurita Group is seeking an Account Manager in the Water Treatment division to support customers in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City, IA area. This hands-on sales role focuses on evaluating water systems, proposing customized solutions, and building long-term partnerships.

The role is remote with 80-100% travel within the territory, with a base salary of $80-100K plus commission. A technical bachelor’s degree and experience in water treatment or related systems are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

• Knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; high work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR; no immigration sponsorship.
• Background check and drug screen required.

We have an immediate need for an Account Manager in Water Treatment industry located in or around the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City, Iowa area. This is a hands on technical sales role, working directly with customers to evaluate health of water systems.

Remote Role

Title: Sales & Service Water Treatment Account Manager - Selling Water Treatment Chemicals to clients all over the area

Location: Cedar Rapids/Iowa City, IA area

Travel: 80-100% within territory

Pay: $80-100K base salary based on experience, plus commission

• Work with Kurita internal teams to provide an outstanding customer experience

Qualifications

• Technical Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Prefer water treatment or industrial plant experience
• Prefer working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems
• Professional history of meeting goals and overcoming obstacles
• Self driven, with the ability to perform at a high level in an autonomous work environment
• Prior experience that required excellent communication skills
• Prior experience that required excellent organizational skills
• Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic
• Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
