Qualifications
- 2+ years of e-commerce or CRM experience.
- Experience with order entry and expediting orders.
- Familiar with SAP for stock levels, order management, and price checks.
- Experience with Magento, Tidio Live Chat, Chat Bot, and ticketing systems.
- Creative and adaptable in an agile work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with customer service activities including order entry, sales, and account reconciliation.
- Diagnose and resolve inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Provide troubleshooting for homeowners and plumbers on water filtration products.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities.
