Job summary

Cleanwater1, Inc. seeks a Technical Support Specialist to provide remote technical assistance for water treatment equipment and systems. You will troubleshoot with customers, document cases in Salesforce, and support installations and startups at customer sites as needed.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of electromechanical experience, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to read P&IDs and electrical drawings. Travel to sites is required; safety procedures must be followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years' experience with electromechanical equipment (pumps, motors, VFDs).
• Experience reading construction drawings, P&IDs, and electrical one-lines.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Knowledge of safety procedures around cleanwater1 equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal and external technical support for cleanwater1 product lines.
• Maintain Salesforce service cases and document activities.
• Review and improve technical documentation (O&Ms, as-builts, guides).
• Develop troubleshooting strategies and assist with installations and startup.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management and field services to support customers.
