Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of experience in heating and domestic water heating industry.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, controls and hardware.
• Knowledge of installation, operation and maintenance with steam and gas fired equipment.
• Adherence to laws, codes, safety practices and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and service reps about product/service issues.
• Troubleshoot service-related customer complaints.
• Participate in ongoing trainings onsite and external.
• Assist in creating technical service procedures and bulletin documentation.
• Visit customers for on-site troubleshooting of problems.
