Qualifications

• One year of experience preferred. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment.
• Reliable, high speed internet

Responsibilities

• Act as the first level of support for consumer inquiries, exemplifying strong consumer connectivity.
• Support the VF Warranty process by evaluating customer claims to determine eligibility for replacement, repair or credit.
• Serve customers through inbound calls, email, live chat, text, social media, marketplace, and warranty channels.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions.
• Assist training of new hires or cross-training and participate in team meetings.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time and customer satisfaction.
• Identify trends in consumer behavior and share feedback with the team.
• Support consumers by placing orders and offering additional products when appropriate.
