Responsibilities

• Act as the first level of support for consumer inquiries with empathy and problem-solving for one-contact resolution.
• Evaluate customer warranty claims to determine eligibility for replacement, repair, or credit.
• Track customer and product information to support claims and communicate through resolution.
• Serve customers via phone, email, live chat, text, social media, and marketplaces.
• Build rapport with consumers by following established processes and guidelines.
• Assist customers by placing orders and offering related products as appropriate.
• Provide options for returns or cancellations after listening and understanding customer needs.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes.
• Support training of new hires and participate in team meetings to stay updated.
