Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the first level of support for consumer inquiries, exemplifying active listening and problem-solving to achieve one-contact resolution.
• Support the VF Warranty process by evaluating customer claims to determine eligibility for replacement, repair or credit.
• Communicate with customers through phone, email, live chat, text, social media, marketplace, and warranty channels.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Assist training of new hires or cross-training and participate in team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge.
