Qualifications

• Preferred: 5 years Experience in a service parts or logistics environment and dealing with vendor warranty claim
• Preferred Education: 4 Year Bachelor's Degree
• Pay Information: Min $50,000 to $80,500 DOE

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all warranty entitlements from CMSU vendors are claimed.
• Maintain a warranty database on all warranty entitlements.
• Publish monthly reports.
• Coordinate with Finance to align warranty receivable accounts and open claims.
• File warranty claims within vendor time limits.
• Ensure timely return of defective warranty parts to the vendor.
• Manage warranty returns for CMSU dealers.
