Job summary

From the Future is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to promote and sell immersive learning solutions using VR and AI. You will drive new business in education and corporate training, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate with product and marketing teams.

Remote-first role with a focus on US markets. You will develop sales strategies, set targets, deliver compelling presentations, and manage forecasts in our CRM while shaping the future of learning technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, with a focus on tech products or solutions.
• Strong understanding of VR, AI, and immersive learning technologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with a diverse range of clients.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and driven, with a proven ability to achieve sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for immersive learning solutions within education and corporate training sectors.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to understand their needs and demonstrate value.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of VR and AI products and how they meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with product development and marketing to stay updated on new products and features.
• Develop sales strategies and set targets to achieve revenue goals.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and conferences; network with potential clients and partners.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Provide customer feedback to internal teams for product/service improvements.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and forecasts in CRM.
