From the Future is seeking a senior software engineer to lead the development of advanced VR/AI education and training software. You will mentor mid-level and junior programmers, bring deep expertise in 3D real-time programming, Unity3D, and AI, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with databases, servers, and web platforms.

Qualifications

10+ years in 3D real-time programming
Experience in AI or VR development
Extensive experience with Unity3D and C#
Background in video game or defense simulation development
Experience with Android development a huge plus
Strong skills in database, server, and web development
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the development of complex VR and/or AI education and training software
Mentor and guide mid-level and junior programmers, providing expert knowledge in 3D real-time programming and/or AI development and Unity3D
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of VR and/or AI applications with databases, servers, and web platforms
Stay updated with the latest advancements in VR, AI, and programming technologies, ensuring our products are at the forefront of the industry
Drive innovation and propose new features and optimizations to enhance the user experience and performance of our VR applications
Contribute to project management, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
