Job summary

From the Future is seeking an experienced Senior Producer to lead a remote team of programmers, artists and designers in building cutting-edge VR education and training experiences. You will drive project strategy, ensure timely delivery and maintain high quality across projects.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in project management within gaming or simulation, with proven VR/AI expertise and strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within gaming, simulation, or related industries.
• Proven experience leading teams of programmers, artists and designers for VR applications.
• Strong knowledge of VR and AI technologies and development processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in education or training software is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle of multiple VR education and training projects from concept to delivery, on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with senior programmers, 3D artists and designers to maintain a cohesive approach.
• Mentor a team of producers and associate producers to ensure successful execution.
• Set schedules, budgets and resource plans; adjust to changing needs.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment with clear communication.
• Translate stakeholder and end-user needs into actionable project plans.
• Maintain high-quality project documentation accessible to all team members.
• Conduct regular reviews to identify risks and opportunities and mitigate issues.
