Job summary

From the Future is seeking an experienced developer to design, build, and maintain VR and AI education software using Unity3D and C#. You will collaborate with senior programmers to deliver high-quality products and mentor junior teammates.

The role emphasizes remote collaboration, strong problem-solving, and solid understanding of back-end integrations. Prior experience in games or simulations plus AI familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D real-time programming.
• Experience with VR or AI is a plus.
• Solid experience with Unity3D and C#.
• Experience with Android development is a huge plus.
• Knowledge of AI development principles is a plus.
• Background in video game or defense simulation development is a plus.
• Experience with database, server, and web development is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain VR and/or AI education and training software.
• Work collaboratively with senior programmers and other team members to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Assist in the integration of VR and/or AI applications with various backend systems.
• Provide support and mentorship to junior programmers.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Contribute to the documentation of code and development processes.
