Job summary

SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service provider delivering secure customer and technical support for tech clients. This role owns assisting clients with secure private access solutions, configuring VPN related features, and troubleshooting network and log data to ensure reliable, secure connections.

The role focuses on setting up and troubleshooting secure private access, configuring MFA for VPN, analyzing network traffic, advising on bandwidth, and examining log files

Qualifications

• Solid networking knowledge including IPsec, DNS, packet tracing, ports and firewall functionality.
• Understanding of VPNs, routing, split tunneling and WireGuard connectors.
• Basic understanding of OpenVPN, IKEv2 and WireGuard protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with setting up and troubleshooting secure private access solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot multifactor authentication for VPN and private access.
• Analyze network traffic to identify bottlenecks and suggest performance improvements.
• Advise on bandwidth allocation and prioritization for VPN users.
• Analyze log files to investigate issues and determine root causes.
• Provide technical guidance across Windows, Linux, macOS, Android and iOS.
