US Health Partners seeks a VP, Value Based Care Operations to turn strategy into measurable execution across markets and practices. You will build the operating model, programs, and performance infrastructure enabling cardiovascular care under risk-based and quality-linked arrangements.

You will lead care management, payer partnerships, and analytics, partnering with clinical leadership to drive outcomes and cost-of-care improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH or related) preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience in multi-site or enterprise settings.
• Experience operationalizing value-based care and driving quality and financial performance.
• Experience with risk-based and value-based arrangements (Medicare Advantage, ACO/MSSP, capitation or shared savings).
• Working knowledge of quality measurement, risk adjustment, and total cost of care management.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams.

Responsabilités

• Translate value-based care strategy into an enterprise operating model, roadmap, and plan.
• Define standard value-based care workflows, playbooks, and governance across sites.
• Lead care management, care coordination, and utilization programs for cardiovascular populations.
• Operationalize pathways and site-of-care strategies with clinical leadership.
• Partner with Finance and Legal to manage contracts, shared savings, and program integrity.
• Oversee data, analytics, and technology to support population health and risk stratification.
