Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field with clinical or healthcare administration focus.
• 7+ years in healthcare clinical operations or value-based care leadership.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management with external partners in value-based care arrangements.
• Oversee clinical operations and performance metrics for VBC initiatives.
• Collaborate with data, analytics, operations, and leadership to drive contract performance.
• Prepare and present performance updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop scalable clinical processes while meeting payor contractual metrics.
