Job summary

Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA), via Novocardia, is seeking a Sr Director of Value Based Care Clinical Operations to lead clinical teams across risk-bearing cardiology partnerships.

Reporting to the Division President, you will shape operating processes, drive KPI performance, and ensure contractual quality and regulatory compliance while fostering strong partner relationships and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or clinical field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare clinical operations.
• Experience in value-based care with Medicare Advantage plans required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical operations contact for external partners in value-based care arrangements.
• Design and manage escalation and collaboration processes between Operators and external partners.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including health system leaders, payers, and provider groups in collaboration with market leadership.
• Understand strategic partner needs and priorities, identifying opportunities for innovation and collaboration.
