Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking an Electrical Project Engineering Manager to lead electrical engineering execution for utility-scale PV and BESS EPC projects, with work location in Scottsdale, AZ or Bedminster, NJ.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, manage schedules and deliverables, identify risks, and act as the primary engineering interface with customers, owners engineers, vendors, and utilities to ensure safe, compliant project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering.
• Experience supporting EPC projects in electrical engineering.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering execution.
• Experience with scheduling and Procore or similar systems.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution for utility-scale PV and BESS EPC projects.
• Set priorities, milestones, and schedules for engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate design activities across multiple disciplines.
• Monitor progress and identify schedule/quality/cost risks.
• Interface with customers, vendors, and project teams.
• Lead meetings and coordinate issue resolution.
• Process RFIs, change requests, and design revisions.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for procurement and long-lead items.
• Create clear ownership and inputs for disciplined execution.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
