Job summary

Norstella is seeking a VP, RWD Data Delivery to own end-to-end delivery, drive on-time, high-quality outputs, and shape the next-gen delivery platform. The role sits at the intersection of data operations, AI capabilities, and platform thinking.

We require 10+ years in data delivery within healthcare or life sciences, plus hands-on experience with RWD datasets, cloud data warehouses, and leading technical delivery teams. Remote US role with global impact.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in data delivery or related function in healthcare or life sciences.
Direct experience with RWD datasets — claims, EMR, or NLP-derived data — in delivery or data operations.
Strong technical fluency: read/interpret extract scripts, run validation queries, and troubleshoot in a cloud data warehouse.
Hands-on experience with AI and agentic automation tooling.
Familiarity with DAG-based pipelines (Airflow) and understanding failures.
Proven experience leading small- to mid-sized operational teams with clear accountability.
Excellent written and verbal communication translating technical issues for clients.

Responsibilities

Own the delivery for RWD data products, ensuring on-time delivery against SLAs and high-quality outputs.
Lead triage and investigation of delivery issues across data, pipeline, specification, and vendor dimensions.
Partner with delivery platform engineering to translate pain points into system requirements and roadmap priorities.
Work hands-on with QC dashboards and delivery tooling, proposing enhancements that streamline the process.
