Qualifications

10+ years of experience in data delivery, data operations, or related field.
Direct experience with RWD datasets (claims, EMR, NLP-derived data) in delivery or data ops.
Strong cloud data warehouse skills: Redshift or Snowflake; able to run validation queries.
Hands-on experience with AI and agentic automation tooling.
Familiarity with DAG-based pipelines (Airflow) and root-cause analysis.
Experience leading small-to-mid sized operational teams with measurable delivery outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate complex topics to clients.

Responsibilities

Own RWD data product deliveries ensuring on-time, high quality outputs.
Lead triage of delivery issues and determine root cause across data, pipeline, and vendor dimensions.
Partner with platform engineering to translate delivery pain points into system requirements.
Lead delivery team including architects, analysts, and specialists with clear ownership.
Collaborate with Engineering, Clinical Operations, and Client teams to prevent bottlenecks.
