Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of agency account management experience with deep specialization in pharmaceutical marketing.
• Proven track record leading integrated campaigns for HCP and DTC.
• Demonstrated success managing mid-to-large agency accounts ($5M+) and leading cross-functional teams.
• History of building authentic, high-trust relationships with executive-level client stakeholders.
• Strong track record of hitting and exceeding revenue forecasts while identifying new expansion opportunities.
• Strong team management skills and a passion for developing talent.

Responsibilities
