Job summary

MERGE, a hybrid-friendly health-focused marketing and technology agency, seeks an EVP/Account leader to steer the Pharma & MedTech portfolio. Lead cross-functional teams, manage P&L, and deepen C‑suite partnerships to drive growth while remaining agile and client-centric.

You’ll work with ELT to set strategy, expand opportunities, and ensure sustainable profitability across a high-impact portfolio in a hybrid environment across multiple U.S. hubs.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years agency-side client management experience.
• Proven P&L management with growth goals.
• Deep pharma/medtech CX and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year growth strategy for Pharma & MedTech.
• Collaborate across CX, technology, media, and creative to deliver solutions.
• Lead cross-functional portfolio teams and ensure client success.
• Drive executive engagement and growth with top clients.
