Qualifications

• 8–10 years of account management experience in advertising or similar.
• Life Sciences/Pharma experience with MLR knowledge.
• Strong strategic ideation and financial stewardship.
• Proven client management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing at least one direct report.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead all account management processes with client teams.
• Monitor and motivate day-to-day interactions; nurture relationships.
• Deliver strategic, creative ideas and manage project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet timelines and budgets.
• Grow business by identifying opportunities within clients.
• Provide senior leadership and mentorship to account team.
