Job summary

Indenovo Global Search & Selection is partnering with a growing ABA services provider to hire a Vice President of Payer Strategy. You will lead enterprise payer strategy, contracts, and reimbursement optimization to expand access and improve contract performance.

The role requires deep expertise in managed care, payer economics, and negotiation at senior levels, with cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Revenue Cycle, Clinical Operations, and Growth. Remote with standard hours.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in managed care, healthcare contracting, or payer strategy.
• Experience leading complex payer negotiations and senior-level relationships.
• Knowledge of reimbursement methodologies and provider-network strategy.
• Ability to inform strategy with data, analytics, and market intel.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise payer strategy aligned with growth and financial goals.
• Develop multi-year payer contracting and reimbursement roadmaps.
• Build relationships with commercial insurers and Medicaid MCOs.
• Lead payer contract negotiations, renewals, and strategic discussions.
• Monitor reimbursement trends and optimize contract terms for margin.
• Establish reporting metrics for payer performance and initiatives.
• Advise executives on payer-market dynamics and investment priorities.
• Represent the organization in senior-level payer discussions.
