Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare payer strategy, network contracting, or health plan partnerships.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles with direct accountability for payer negotiations.
• Proven track record of building executive-level relationships with Tier 1 payers.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic relationships with Tier 1 payers; serve as executive liaison to payer leadership.
• Negotiate multi‑year rate renewals, improve contract terms, and resolve disputes.
• Accelerate behavioral health payer contracting in NY, NJ, and FL.
