Qualifications

• Established network of national and regional payer relationships.
• Experience designing value-based care programs and alternative reimbursement models.
• Strong negotiation skills across commercial, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, PBMs, and IPA/ACO networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead national payer contracting strategy across all payer segments.
• Develop scalable contracting playbooks for vaccines, LARC, and physician-administered therapies.
• Build executive-level payer partnerships and strategic joint business plans.
• Define enterprise payer KPIs and analytics to drive reimbursement performance.
