Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Patient CRM Strategy Lead to own the Patient CRM product suite and guide strategy, messaging, and pricing. You’ll lead senior customer discussions and drive customer success, reporting to senior leadership and shaping revenue plans.

You will influence product priorities, market positioning, and go-to-market execution while building a high-performing strategy team across a life sciences-focused SaaS portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the Life Sciences industry.
• 3+ years developing or implementing a Patient CRM product.
• 5+ years as a market owner/practice leader.
• 5+ years as a manager of teams of 6+ people.

Responsibilities

• Advise the Patient CRM product team on capabilities and priorities.
• Create product messaging and positioning for Patient CRM.
• Develop the sales strategy for Patient CRM and direct the sales team.
• Determine Patient CRM customer pricing.
• Lead senior-level customer discussions on product and strategy.
• Own overall customer success for Patient CRM.
• Create and own the revenue plan for Patient CRM.
• Build a high-performing Patient CRM strategy team.
