Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related discipline. Licenses as needed.
• Certification in one of the following areas (e.g., PMP, PgMP, CBTP, Change Management, Six Sigma).
• Ten years in business transformation with significant management impact. Experience in consulting or enterprise transformation in B2B environments.
• Financial services sector experience highly preferred.
