Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Vice President of Business Transformation to drive major process improvements and align initiatives with enterprise objectives. The role partners with senior leaders to identify opportunities, orchestrate multi-functional teams, and deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that improve efficiency and performance.

The VP leads cross-functional programs, mentors subordinate managers, and ensures accountability.

Qualifications

Ten years' experience in business transformation with significant management impact
Experience in management consulting or enterprise transformation in B2B environments
Finance/insurance sector experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead transformation initiatives that align with business-unit growth and deliver measurable impact
Partner with leaders to identify high-value enterprise initiatives
Design and deliver cross-functional transformation programs coordinating teams
Drive data-driven process redesign and technology-enabled improvements
Advance adoption of innovative solutions with technology and business leaders
Apply analytical rigor to diagnose root causes and support decisions
Execute change management to align culture and performance
Provide strategic insights and executive-level communication to leadership
Track outcomes, manage risks, and embed continuous improvement
