Job summary

Sedgwick seeks a Vice President of Business Transformation – Finance to lead major transformation initiatives across finance and related functions. You will partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities, orchestrate cross-functional execution, and drive adoption of data-driven solutions.

You will set strategic directions, manage programs with measurable impact, and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
• Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP) certification.
• Change Management Certification preferred.
• Six Sigma knowledge or certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead major business transformation initiatives across finance functions and related areas.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and orchestrate cross-functional execution.
• Drive adoption of data-driven solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Design and deliver transformation programs aligning with enterprise goals.
• Track outcomes, manage risks, and embed continuous improvement culture.
