Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
• Ten (10) years of related experience in business transformation.
• Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation roles within B2B environments.
• Experience in the financial services sector (insurance, banking) highly preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP), Change Management Certified Professional, Six Sigma).
