Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Vice President of Business Transformation - Finance to lead major transformation programs across finance and related functions. The role partners with senior leaders to identify high-impact opportunities, orchestrate cross-functional execution, and drive adoption of data-driven solutions aligned with enterprise goals.

The candidate will design transformation programs, manage risks, and accelerate value delivery while promoting accountability and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Ten years of related experience in business transformation with leadership impact.
Experience in management consulting or enterprise transformation in B2B environments.
Experience in the financial services sector (insurance, banking) preferred.
Knowledge of technology-enabled operating models and data dependencies.
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university preferred.

Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities with senior leaders.
