Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Ten (10) years of related experience in business transformation, with several years in a management role having significant business impact.

Responsibilities

• Leads major transformation programs and drives adoption of innovative, data-driven solutions.
• Partners with senior leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and orchestrate cross-functional execution.
• Sets operational plans and goals aligned with enterprise objectives and fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Designs and delivers transformation programs with cross-functional teams and ensures alignment with strategic goals.
• Applies analytical rigor to diagnose root causes and inform data-backed decision-making.
