Job summary

Sedgwick seeks a Vice President of Business Transformation for Finance to lead major process improvements and cross-functional initiatives. You will partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities, drive adoption of data-driven solutions, and align programs with enterprise goals.

You will oversee transformation programs, manage risks, and foster continuous improvement while delivering measurable outcomes for the finance function and related business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or related discipline preferred.
• Ten years of related experience in business transformation with several years in a management role.
• Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation in B2B environments.
• Experience in financial services (insurance, banking) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead major business processes and drive cross-functional execution aligned to enterprise objectives.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities with senior leaders and orchestrate execution.
• Design and deliver transformation programs with data-driven decision making and technology enablement.
• Accelerate deployment of high-impact use cases in collaboration with technology and business leaders.
