Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Vice President of Business Transformation for Finance to lead major transformation programs, align cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable improvements through data-driven methods and technology enablement.

You will partner with senior leaders, shape operating models, manage risks, and mentor managers and professionals to drive adoption of innovation across finance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or related discipline preferred.
• Ten years of related experience in business transformation; several years in a management role with significant impact.
• Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation within B2B environments preferred.
• Experience in the financial services sector (insurance, banking) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads major business processes and supports functions that execute the company's strategies.
• Identifies and prioritizes high-impact opportunities and orchestrates cross-functional execution.
• Drives adoption of data-driven solutions and technology-enabled operating models.
