Job summary

Burq, Inc. seeks a VP of Supply to elevate operational excellence across its delivery network. You will own provider relationships, set long-term supply strategy, and build a leadership team to scale the function.

Collaboration with executive leadership and cross-functional teams will align supply with the product roadmap and customer needs. You will drive performance, identify coverage gaps, and manage the budget while leveraging AI tools to optimize reporting and decision making.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in supply chain, logistics operations, or partner/vendor management.
• Experience building, leading, and scaling a team as the business grows.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and managing a budget.
• Proven negotiation with external partners or vendors.
• Strategic thinker with a long-term vision for a supply network.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze provider and network performance.
• AI-native and able to adopt AI tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply strategy and provider relationships across the network.
• Build and lead a high-performing supply team as Burq scales.
• Represent supply strategy to executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Drive on-time performance, coverage, and quality with providers.
• Identify gaps in supply coverage and lead remediation efforts.
• Own the supply budget and make prioritization calls across markets.
• Develop and report key supply metrics to company leadership.
• Leverage AI tools to analyze data and automate reporting.
